The Friends of Central Iowa Trails is an organization uniting all individuals, families, and friends that enjoy the area’s tremendous wealth of recreational and multi-use trails. 

Our website is designed to provide you with more information on individual trails in Central Iowa as well as allowing you to provide us with your experiences. You will find opportunities to volunteer to promote, advocate, or enhance our trail system.
